T4 legs, 17cm

I needed some longer legs for my T4 after adding the Tarot gimbal. This is a longer version of [T4 Leg 7,5cm](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:469310) that gives you about 14.5cm ground clearance under the T4 body.
I tried [Brendan's](http://www.thingiverse.com/Brendan22/about) [springy legs](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:313422) but they broke easily during hard landings (and also deformed a little on a hot day leaving not enough clearance for the gimbal - which was my fault).
