SainSmart 12864 LCD case

The available cases did not fit properly. Print had a lot of problems.
So I designed one, which was optimized for printing fast and easy. Therefore it made of three pieces.
In addition, it fits perfectly without violence.
Since I do not use the keys to why I did not plan it. However, if someone requests this can do it, but not unnecessarily spend time with.
