Octocopter hub - bottom section

This is designed for use with 1/2" timber booms and 3mm bolts, and incorporates fixing points for a camera gimbal, places to strap a battery on each side (Fits sizes up to the 5000mah 4S turnigy hard-case batteries off hobbyking) and fits all the other components I've uploaded perfectly.
