Dual Jhead Mount

This is a dual jhead mount with probe mount in center. Added smooth version and cover for both. They both may or may not have a mount for a 40mm x 50mm fan. The smooth version is for making it easier to adjust jhead hotend heights. All holes are for m3 screws.
Added my start1 and start2 gcode for cura with built in auto level goodness.
After battling with marlin fw autoleveling i decided to use repetier fw.
