V slot Cable chain end A and B

This is a remix of http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1167746 which is a Cable chain remixed to fit onto Openbuilds V-slot rails.

Scaled down the width of the chain to 20mm to match the rails, modified the end pieces to accept a single bolt.

Attach at each end with an M5x8mm Flathead bolt and an M5 square nut

Difference is that this includes a groove that slots into the V-slot securing and centering the cable chain.
