RJ9 (4P4C) to 3.5mm Stereo plug frame

We needed a handset jack (RJ9 4P4C) to 3.5 mm stereo plug. Superglue & crimp the sleeve on the 3.5 mm plug, solder connections, heatshrink tubing solidifies the mechanical connection.

Updated for a second installation at another division: Rounded over edges, reshaped plug mounting peg, and a trough under the RJ9 and relocated wire exit all make for a cleaner look.
