MiniEngine V1 timelapse controller case

This is my first version of a case for the MiniEngine V1 from http://www.minie.airiclenz.com used for making a timelapse dolly with an Igus rail.
On mine I used a linksprite 16x02 LCD shield which is a little bit different from the one specified by the site.
