M8 nut adapter PM i3 x ends

modeled on request! an M8 nut adapter for the Prusa i3 x ends http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1060290

not at all elegant but technically should work ( not tried it thou !!) would only use if you have ordered some lead screws with bronze nut and wanted to print the x ends and use M8 threaded rod while waiting on the delivery of the lead screws
