Display holder / rotary encoder / LED switch

These are my parts to mount the following things to an aluminium plate (or whatever) for the front of the 3d printer:

- a LCD-Holder (in my case a LCD module 2004a)
- a knob to hold on a rotary encoder (EC11)
- a plate to hold a power switch for LED lights (KDC1-11)
