Here is one addressing that concern. Bearings slide in place and are locked by the peg.
Holes are for M4 screws distanced of 22mm. (There is plenty of space to drill holes for your specific extruder)
There is two possibility positions for the extruder, A standard and one higher to give more vertical clearance for your prints
