Id suggest printing it thickwalled with very low infill (10-15%)
Then bore a hole into the bottom and stick in whatever you want a handle on. Finally fill it with PU Resin.
Alternately modify the model to be hollow.

The *.stl is for rather small Hands.
You may want to scale up 125%
Use the base size parameter.
