I use this BananaPi (m1) as a headless server mounted under my desk. Adding space for a couple inexpensive 18650 batteries takes advantage of the built in charger to provide a handy little UPS for it.
The eBay special batteries are marked 6000mah, but are really only 1800s (do your reading when buying, stickers are cheap and lots of cells out there are mislabeled). Since I run this machine headless (only USB for power and Ethernet for access connected) I still get 4 hours of run time on batt
