E3D bowden hotend mount for Prusa i3

It's inspired from thing [547706](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:547706).
I designed it a little wider to prevent it from breaking, with more material around the nut holes.
Also I added 3 holes to fix more brackets on it (fan brackets, leds, inductive sensor, servos e.t.c).
You could print the brackets for a small led strip and a fan duct. It works with the fan duct from [here](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:533029).
