Multiple Ring Fancy Pencil Holder (w/Optional Handle) Customizable

I made a remixed version of the original "Customizable fancy pencil holder (you choose the number)"

My girlfriend has a lot of colored pencils and if you needed anything in the 64 range, the holder was just too big for my print bed. Also there was no easy way to carry it around once it was full...

So now I've added the ability to have several "rings" of pencils on the holder.

I've also added a nice carrying handle in the center that is optional...

and cleaned up the code a bit...
