I designed this Z axis with a leadscrew supported by two ball bearings. This assembly allows to reduce gaps between parts of the axis and gives a higher resolution. Moreover, both ball bearings collect the axial force in the two directions which is important to use the K8200 as a milling machine. However, this design requires a machining of the leadscrew.
