Solidoodle Jigsaw Replacement Extruder mk5 - Bowden

A modified version of my mk5 extruder, modified for bowden use. To suit an E3D mk5 bowden (and perhaps an E3D mk6 bowden). I saw that others had remixed my original design to convert it to bowden, but the E3D hardware didn't fit. This design should make the changeover straight forward because it provides a mount for the extruder at the top/rear of the printer and provides guides for 10mm conduit to tidy the wiring.
