Parametric Cylindrical Mount for Kossel 2020, 1515, etc.

This started as a replacement for the clamp that attached the NEMA 17 geared extruder to my HKBay Kossel 2020, because I broke the original dropping a 750g spool of filament on it and could not find a .stl to replace it.

Well anyway I try and model everything parametric if possible, so I figured I would put this up for anyone else that wants to mount a toothbrush or a beer can or whatever to some OpenBeam.
