Coolie Ramps 1.4 60mm Fan Mount and Guard

I tried a lot of ramps coolers here on thingiverse and I just wanted one that was simple, easy to make, and fit well. So... I made one!
pretty simple, just slides on from the power side of the ramps/arduino board and has a fan guard to keep you from poking it with your fingers and damaging your fan.
