Diy mesh bed for cheap chinese k40 40 watt co2 engraver laser

I removed the crappy bed that comes with the k40 and wanted to install a mesh bed in it place. To do this, purchase a window screen frame kit. I got mine from Home Depot and cost 10 bucks. It comes with aluminum extrusion and 4 of the plastic corner pieces. I recommend making it the same size as the old bed so that it fits in the hole.
