Remade the model of Hot_Daniel with 123D make to produce it with a laser cutter.
The slots are 6.1mm wide.
With the big-ass laser cutter from the Munich Maker Lab (80w CO2) I've cut the 6.2mm Pine plywood with 40% power, 10mm/s.
