Preventing warping and improving adhesion of high temperature PLA

I have been spending alot of time looking into different types of PLA and the various issues faced when using them, particularly the lack of adhesion and the warping experienced when printing using the natureworks 4032D PLA. The attached document is a summary of what I have discovered so far. I would be happy for anybody with more knowledge on the subject to contribute to this.
