Mooncactus XY for plastite screws (no nuts!) + a bushing-retaining lip

This is a very minor modification to Mooncactus's XY blocks. We changed some hole sizes so that it is assembled with 2 #2 0.5" (McMaster PN 99512A162) and 4 #2 0.75" (Mcmaster PN 96001A164) plastite screws instead of M3 machine screws and nuts. We also added a little lip that holds the bushing captive, so you don't have to clamp as tightly in order to hold it in place. Too much clamping force can deform the bushing, which causes motion problems.
