Fixed Tape Holder

I really liked Taggroff's "Wall bracket for blue tape" (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:94501) . But, the holder wasn't centered, there was only support on one side, and it couldn't easily be printed flat. So I redesigned it on Tinkercad for people without much Z height.
