Retaining Bracket for Quickie P222 Swing-away Hanger

**Update: I've uploaded [a bolt-on version](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1377184) of these brackets. They require a tool to add and remove but are held more firmly.**

The swing-away foot rest hangers on the Quickie P222 are difficult to operate with one hand. Once released, off-axis pressure from the foot causes the hanger to go out of the vertical. The latching mechanism does not work properly unless the hanger bushing is pressed against the receiver which requires two hands.
