Panavise 2 GoPro Adapter

This is a slight improvement over the original version by @tomerna, with:

- Larger diameter holes, the original version was binding for me and required twisting the screw in versus just pushing.

- More rounded overall shaped and a few key fillets leading to stronger part overall.

- Wider contact point on the outside "finger" closest to the thumb screw, original version kept breaking for me.
