E3D adjustable hot-end holder

This is another hot end holder for the outstanding E3D full metal hot end. Since the guy who printed my MendelMax parts did not calibrate his printer very accurately I had to make this part adjustable. You can now move the holder in X-Axle direction to ensure that the hole from the extruder aligns with the hole in the hot end.

Mount the E3D hotend using M3 screws and nuts. Then use M4 screws to mount the hot end and the extruder.
