Rubber band powered bath Submarine

I had x 2 Plastic deep groove ball bearings (7 x 22 x 7) laying around that I wanted to use, my children like bath toys and the ones on the market today are boring so I thought I would make a rubber band powered submarine.

The hull on this one is my second attempt, the first was a simple tube which worked well but it sank like a stone.
