Prop for Minn Kota Endura electric boat motor

The original Minn Kota Endura C2 50 prop got damaged. We decided to come up we a 3 blade silent but effective replacement. This is a multipart design for easy printing on small printers. The blades are sliding into the rotor head.

We used the print as a model for aluminium molding proces..... Brilliant results....

We have not tried using the printed plastic on the motor...I think this is not strong enough....
