Add some cover, connect to favorite microcontroller (for example arduino) and start making 360 photos. Or just place disco ball on top!!! You also need some spacers between motor and base ring to set it in proper position, you can print some or find them in scrap around.
Use 625z or 625zz ball bearings. Also some 5mm dia nut and bolt.
Print things as you see on pictures here, so there is almost no support needed.
