E3D V6 Bowden BLTouch Clamp for Prusa

This is a mashup of other's designs to fit my needs. This is a clamp based upon the clamp for this hotend to x carriage mount: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:547706. To it, I added fan shroud mount from this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1039398 which is made to mount the oval fan duct from: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1039398.

On the opposite end, I added a mount for a BLTouch from: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1158553 which is at the correct height for my knock-off e3d v6
