The clip currently fits the phone perfectly. I am planning it to be used as inexpensive WiFi-IP cameras using the free Android app "IP Webcam".

I have included 2 types of brackets that provide several mounting options. You may need to play with the order you assemble the bracket and pivot depending the angles you want to be able to pivot to, and whether you want the bracket "above" or "below" the camera.
