Case-rap 4.0 x-axis group with 8mm z-drive

I remixed jlguil's x-axis idler and motor mount design so I can fit 8mm threaded rods and 8mm nuts to drive the assembly in stead of the "¼ inch - 20 threaded rods" he is using in his original design. Main reason; The metric parts are just way easier to source here in the Netherlands...

After printing I've succesfully test fitted the 8mm stuff.

On a personal note, I'm not convinced that the anti-backlash setup is needed for a Z-axis though in this case it will help to keep everything in pl
