Through testing I've found that much of the jerk wobble in printing with higher accelerations comes from the acrylic y-carriage vibrating when the y axis movement changes directions.
I had an idea that because the bearings were places so far from the bed level screw holes it gave the carriage the ability to vibrate up and down.
I designed a new y-carriage where bearings were places as close to the bed level holes making it nearly impossible for the bed to vibrate up and down on sudden move
