This is a customizable wall frame hanger adapter to save your wall from more holes.

I have many single hanger screws in my walls for single hanger hole frames. My wife likes to move the frames around or get new ones, and they often have two hanger holes in them. So, instead of making more holes in our walls to accommodate those frames which have two hanger slots/holes, I can just customize one of these to fit and keep using that single hanger screw.
