Arduino Mega2560 and LM2596 Regulator Board Mount

This is a combination board that is based on MRices Wilson II design. This board is for mounting the Mega2560 and the Regulator board on one plate, instead of having two separate mounts. It also includes the 80mm fan mount.

OpenSCad file is included. I tried to make it as parameterized as possible, but towards the end (the cutout section) I just wanted it done.
