Printrbot Z-Spool+Stabilizer+Wobble

Hi there, this is my first thing, I made this for my specific needs, I have a self made Tall-Z Printrbot+ and borrowed some ideas from things found here, I would like some opinions to know if this is printable because as you see the top part is wider than the rest and I intend to print this vertically.

This is also the first project I have ever made on SketchUp or any other design software for that matter.

The second thing has some rounded edges.
