J head, Buda, and bowden adapters

Collection of various adapters using the approximate footprint of a standard jhead mounting plate that I have been creating to take the struggle out of adapting various hotends to my 3d printers. Sometimes you have a non-bowden jhead you want to try as a bowden hence all the caps. The ones with insert in the description use a McMaster Carr M6 heatset insert to accept an M6 pushlock fitting.
