Disposer Splash Guard

Sometimes it's easier to design and fabricate a replacement part than to search for one to purchase. This was the case for my old disposer splash guard, also known as sink baffle or rubber cover. It requires a strong flexible material like Ninja SemiFlex (TPE).

If your disposer has an opening of 77mm and shoulder diameter of 85mm, this will fit perfectly.
