Customisable Geeetech Groove Mount v4

Only simple addition to v4, added a nut slot that can be dropped from the top but the slot are somewhat fixed to have m4, you can however use the openscad script to change the screw hole size for other screws including the e3d lock, but the size of the nut slot/pit there might remain unchanged.

The code to change this manually is at line number 118 to 127 in the openscad file, you might want to try out the presets first on top.

No picture of the real thing, but I am currently using the v3
