Printer calibration part

This is my first part used for printer calibration. It allows to check:
* external dimensions (X, Y and Z axis)
* internal dimensions:
- X/Y plane (parallel lines)
- X/Z plane (holes: 3, 7 and 11 mm diameter)
- Y/Z plane (5 and 9 mm)
* bridges (15 to 45 mm)
