Filament Reel Hub Cap

I started to modify my previous Reel Cap http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:583086 but decided to start from scratch in an attempt to make it more easily modified for different size reel hubs. In the process I started working with Autodesk Fusion 360 http://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/overview which has a free version just to see what it was like.
