Remix Chicken Water Bottle higher rim

This is the [chick water bottle dish](http://www.thingiverse.com/UrbanAtWork/about) with a higher rim.

Test with a 0.5l bottle:
If the bottle is screwed in tightly, the water height is about 3mm,
if loosened about 2mm under the rim.
