ROSTOCK MINI 16T GT2

The original rostock uses a too large of a wheel to provide good resolution for a delta with 1.8 degree steppers. Created here are the idler end and carriages to use on a 16t pulley and corresponding F623ZZ bearing to increase the overall resolution. In addtion the belt mounting is changed so that it uses the belts own teeth to secure it to the carriage.
