Endstop holder Diamond hotend upgrade

Added a second holder that is 5mm thicker for my Y axis.

This is sized for a 8mm rod
Needed new end stop holders for my diamond hotend upgrade. Needed to be more inline with the drill rods.

This one has been narrowed up compared to the pictures. I was having trouble with switch clearance when homing.

I printed them in ABS for strength but PLA should be fine also.

1) 3mm x 10mm cap screw
1) 3mm x 12mm cap screw
1) 3mm x 18mm cap screw or 3mm x 15mm
