Flashforge & Clones Inland Filament Spacer

This is a remix of trevorjb's FlashForge Creator Filament Spool Spacer (Thing: 504298). I made a couple of those and realized they wouldn't fit the filament spool I was trying to put them on, they were about 4 or 5 mm too big. I was trying to use it on Inland Filament which can be purchased, among other places, at Microcenter in the US pretty cheaply. This is basically the same design but with a smaller outer diameter to accommodate the filament.
