Rumba board case lid Remix

Remixed E-Nozzel's case to work better when you are using just 4x stepper motor drivers.
(x, y, z and one extruder)

The two fan ducts are repositioned over the 1st 4x driver positions.
They are also moved forward to get more of a "flowing" effect over the drivers.
Instead of blowing straight down onto them, creating more turbulence.

NOTE only works with "Rumba_Case_V2_Diplay_Endstop_2mm_Walls_10mm_higher" by E-Nozzel.

Rumba board model is from the sketchup warehouse. I did not model
