K8200 E3D V6 Mount and nozzle fan

My apologies, I designed this mount when the E3D V6 first came out and totally forgot to upload it. (was only reminded when a fellow thingiverser made onefrom the V5) Please see the V5 prints for the fan duct and basic instruction.
