OpenBeam 1515 cable tie clip

I really like [OpenBean 1515 clip](http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:783810) designed by [Winne](http://www.thingiverse.com/Winne). It is simple and fits OpenBean tight.

I added the holes for 2.5mm cable tie.
