Prusa i3 Y-endstop with cable clip

This small part is a substitute of the original y-axis endstop adjusting screw (NOT the endstop itself).
It has two advantages:
- the nut of the endstop screw has a better fixation, which avoids malfunction
- the endstop provides a clip for organizing cables (e.g. heatbed and others).

I included this part to my "Heated Bed: clips for cable-chain" project as well.
