Closed version of adjustable spool holder cone

This is just a mashed up version of 2 rotated copies of James Armstrong's cone spool holder so that one side doesn't fall off the shaft. I tried to merge in OpenSCAD but it kept crashing on the merge function so this was merged via Makerware, saved as an STL, run though NetFabb cloud services, and then this is that repaired copy to remove self intersections.
